Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Pawly.
Pawly is a pet health passport and tracker. You add your pets, record vaccinations and medications, upload vet documents, and get reminders for what’s due. You can also organize pets and people into households and share access with family, sitters, or co-owners—so everyone has the same records in one place.
For each pet you set up vaccination series (e.g. rabies, DHPP) and either a start date or the doses you’ve already given. Pawly then computes what’s due soon and what’s overdue based on the protocol for that vaccine and pet type. You’ll see due items on your dashboard and can log doses as you go.
You can upload vet records, vaccination certificates, lab results, and other files and link them to a specific pet. Documents are stored securely and are available to anyone with access to that pet (e.g. household members). You can view and download them anytime.
A household groups pets and people together. Owners can invite others by email; invited users can accept or decline. Members can view and manage the household’s pets (depending on role). New users can sign up from an invitation link and are then added to that household. Invitations expire after 30 days if not accepted.
Use the “Found a pet?” option to look up a pet (e.g. by microchip or ID) and leave a message for the owner. They’ll be able to get in touch so the pet can get home sooner.
